A real account and a universal payment card for every beneficiary.
We have the solution. A real account with an IBAN, a universal payment card, a QR code and an app. The beneficiary pays in store, online and anywhere in the world, within the rules you set.
You want to…
You want an allocated budget to become a real ability to pay, with the suppliers you have chosen. No money advanced, no expense claim to reimburse.
- A real account opens for the Equipment 2026 programme: it carries its own IBAN, FR76 •••• •••• •••• 1234, and a balance of 1 500,00 €. The IBAN, the card number and the amounts shown here are examples.
- A payment card comes out of the account: a universal payment card, not a prepaid card.
- The same card pays for three purchases in a row: 42,50 € in store, 28,90 € online and 15,00 € by QR code. The account balance goes down with every payment, to 1 413,60 €.
- The card can be used anywhere in the world, within the rules you set: cap, period, beneficiary and referenced supplier.
Concrete benefits
What this service changes for your teams.
Pay, not pay up front
The beneficiary has a balance that can be used straight away. No money to advance, no receipt to produce before being able to pay.
A payment card, not a voucher
A real account, a universal card, online payment and a QR code. The supplier is paid just as it is paid by its other customers.
The frame stays yours
The rules of the programme apply to every operation, before execution. The payment method is open, the use remains the one you decided.
Scope of the service
The core of the service, and what is set with you.
The core is the same for every programme. What varies from one programme to the next is set with your teams, before the first spend.
What the service covers
- The use of an allocated balance and the tracking of operations, described by the Poto case study.
- What is covered: a real account with an IBAN, incoming and outgoing transfers, a universal payment card, online payment, a QR code and an app.
- The difference between an authorised operation and a posted operation, through to settlement of the supplier.
What we set with you
- The methods opened to your programme and their acceptance by the suppliers targeted, in store and online.
- The beneficiary journey: activation of the account and the card, support, loss and blocking.
- The handling of refusals, cancellations, refunds and incidents, and who answers for them.
An example for a buyer
A network finance department, responsible for an equipment budget.
A network allocates an equipment budget to its partners. Each of them pays the authorised suppliers with the payment method validated for the programme, and the finance department follows the state of every operation.
- Envelope per partner (example)
- €1,500.00
- Methods opened (example)

Deliverables and how it works
What we put in place with you.

Conditions and proof
What this service is not, and what we demonstrate.
Proof expected before any commitment
Before any commitment, we run an authorised payment, a justified refusal and a refund, then reconcile the balance and the statuses through to settlement of the supplier.
Frequently asked questions
The questions asked about this service.
Does MAP provide an account, an IBAN and a card?
Yes. A real account with an IBAN, incoming and outgoing transfers. A universal payment card, not a prepaid card. Online payment, the QR code and the app, usable anywhere in the world. Your programme’s rules decide where and what they work for.
Is this a meal-voucher or mobility scheme?
What happens if a payment is refused or refunded?
100% of operations are checked before execution. A payment outside the rules is refused, and the reason is recorded. The beneficiary knows why straight away. Refunds and remaining balances follow the programme contract. An end date does not make the funds disappear.
What can I decide for my programme?
Who, when, how much, where and what for. You choose the registered beneficiaries, the ceilings per transaction, per day or per month, the period, the authorised suppliers or categories, the geographic area. You allow online payment and cash withdrawals, or you do not. For example: €600.00 per household, at food suppliers in the chosen area, for three months.
